Our standard returns policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. For our standard 30-day returns policy, items should be unused, in their original condition, in suitable original packaging where reasonably possible, and accompanied by the relevant order information.

If you purchase from BINXY BOY online, you may also have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law. These rights can apply separately from our 30-day returns policy. Customers may also have separate statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, we will process it in accordance with the applicable refund rules and your payment method.

How To Request a Return

Email binxyboyltd@gmail.com with your order number, name, reason for return and the product being returned. We will then provide the relevant return instructions.
